Defendant appeals two judgments of conviction arising out of consolidated prosecutions. First, he argues that the trial court should have granted his motion for judgment of acquittal on a charge of first-degree burglary. Next, defendant demurs, for the first time on appeal, to his indictment on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon. We reject without further discussion defendant's challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence on first-degree burglary....
