The defendant Randall Austin is charged with one count of felon in possession of a firearm and two counts of false statements in acquisition of a firearm. The defendant now moves to suppress the introduction into evidence of a .357 Glock 32 automatic and a clip with ten rounds as well as post-arrest statements admitting ownership of the weapon.
