James Bartley, Jr. (defendant) was found guilty on 25 October 2001 of robbery with a dangerous weapon in violation of N.C. Gen.Stat. § 14-87. The trial court entered judgment, finding defendant to have a prior record level of IV, and sentenced defendant to a minimum term of 105 months and a maximum term of 135 months active imprisonment.
