Sandra Blakes sought Supplemental Security Income disability benefits for her minor son, Lamanuel Wolfe, Jr. An Administrative Law Judge found that Lamanuel was not disabled, the Appeals Council denied his request for review, and the district court affirmed the ALJ's ruling, finding it was supported by substantial evidence.
