This is an action by the legislative auditor, seeking injunctive relief against the district attorney of the 21st Judicial District, prohibiting him from releasing copies of work papers in his possession, obtained by investigative subpoena from the legislator auditor, and now the subject of public records requests under the Public Records Law, La. 44:1, et seq. The legislative auditor claims that his work papers are specifically exempt from disclosure...
