In this civil action, Plaintiff alleges employment discrimination on the basis of sex. Before the Court is Defendant's motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff filed a timely response, and Defendant filed a timely reply brief. The Court held a hearing on the issues relevant to this opinion and order on May 23, 2003.
