The plaintiff, Katherine Rathblott, now known as Katherine Mersereau, filed this dissolution of marriage action against the defendant, Paul L. Rathblott, in November, 1997. In a memorandum of decision dated April 6, 1999, the trial court, Harrigan, J., rendered judgment dissolving the marriage of the parties.
