Claimant-appellant, Syvonne Edmondson, appeals a judgment rendered by the Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC), which denied her request for supplemental earnings benefits (SEB) but awarded her a penalty of $2,000 and attorney fees in the amount of $1,500. Defendant-employer, PCA International/American Studios (PCA) answered the appeal. We affirm.
