PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Jancis L. Fuller, appeals from the trial court's dismissals of her petitions for a writ of habeas and for a new trial. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the court improperly denied her motion for a continuance and dismissed both her petition for a writ of habeas corpus and her petition for a new trial. We disagree and affirm the judgments of the habeas court.<...
