KRESSEL, Chief Judge.

DLC, Ltd. and DLC Family Trust, Ltd. appeal from the order of the bankruptcy court1 allowing the trustee to avoid certain fraudulent transfers and recover a portion of the transferred property. They also appeal from the bankruptcy court's order allowing fees and expenses to the trustee and his attorneys. We affirm.
