Appellant Jerry Lural Edmond appeals the order of the Hempstead County Circuit Court convicting him of first-degree murder. On appeal, Appellant argues that: (1) the trial court erred in admitting a photograph, because its prejudicial nature outweighed its probative value; and (2) there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction.
