Appellant, Cortney Bryant, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County of first-degree premeditated murder, robbery with a deadly weapon, and conspiracy to commit robbery with a deadly weapon. He elected a court sentencing proceeding. Death was the sentence.
