OPINION

JACKSON, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 James Linden appeals the district court's dismissal of his petition for extraordinary relief. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

¶ 2 James Linden was convicted in Utah on September 19, 1987 of aggravated robbery, theft, and possession of a firearm. At the time of his convictions, Linden was on parole for various offenses that he had previously committed in California...
