This is the second time this matter has been before the Appellate Division. This Court originally considered Charles Walker's appeal from his criminal convictions for three counts of credit card fraud, 14 V.I.C. § 3004, and two counts of possession of stolen property, 14 V.I.C. § 2101(a), on May 25, 2000, and vacated all five counts.
