Appellees Janet Mortenson, Permanent Receiver for Austin Forex, L.L.C., and Austin Forex International, Inc., along with a class of investors (collectively "Mortenson"), brought suit against appellant Boris Goldstein for damages they suffered as a result of a securities-fraud scheme.
