STEVE McKEITHEN, Chief Justice.

A jury convicted Norman Saxer of murder and assessed his punishment at fifty years' confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice—Institutional Division. Saxer raises seven issues for our consideration. His first two issues complain of the lack of legally and factually sufficient evidence to sustain his conviction.
