Before the Court is Defendant's motion to vacate the jury verdict entered against him in the above-captioned case (Docket ## 221 and 222). In essence, Defendant argues that the verdict entered against him finding him guilty of conspiracy to obstruct justice, commit perjury and suborn perjury is inconsistent with his acquittal of the substantive charges underlying said conspiracy.
