Muriel H. Nye and Charles A. Nye appeal from a district court order sustaining the motion for summary judgment filed by the appellee, Fire Group Partnership (Fire Group), on an adverse possession claim. The Nyes presented evidence showing that they mowed a tract of land and erected a snow fence on the land for more than 10 years. The snow fence was removed seasonally, but the posts were permanently installed...
