Roger Baker appeals the trial court's order denying his claim of former jeopardy. We affirm for the reasons set forth below.

Baker was charged with disorderly conduct, reckless conduct, and three counts of aggravated assault in connection with events occurring on November 3, 2001, in and around a Waffle House restaurant in Columbus.
