A Superior Court judge determined there was probable cause to believe the defendant was a sexually dangerous person as defined by G. L. c. 123A, § 1. On the Commonwealth's motion, the judge ordered McLean Hospital and the Departments of Social Services and Youth Services (departments) to produce documents pertaining to the defendant.
