[¶ 1] The Town of Long Island appeals from an order of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Crowley, J.) denying in part its motion to dismiss an action brought by John S. Norton, Sr., seeking to quiet title and recover damages for an unconstitutional taking. Norton cross-appeals from that portion of the order granting in part the Town's motion to dismiss. We dismiss the cross-appeals and do not reach the merits because the appeals are interlocutory...
