GILMAN, Circuit Judge.

Robert N. Wallin was incarcerated at the Southern Michigan Prison from March 4, 1986 until February 18, 1988. He claims that he was denied proper medical treatment while in prison, and that those responsible for his allegedly inadequate medical care were deliberately indifferent to his serious medical needs, all in violation of the Eighth Amendment.
