Plaintiff Leslie Boulton appeals from the Windsor Superior Court's order granting summary judgment in favor of defendant CLD Consulting Engineers on plaintiffs claims against CLD for breach of implied contract, wrongful termination, gender discrimination, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
