Following a jury trial, the defendant, Sam Cooper, was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was sentenced to serve six years' imprisonment. On appeal,1 Cooper argues that he is entitled to a new trial as a result of: (1) the State's failure to show beyond a reasonable doubt that he knowingly possessed heroin with the intent to deliver, (2) ineffective...
