BREWER, J.

Defendant appeals his conviction for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). ORS 813.010.1 He assigns error to the trial court's admission of documentary and testimonial evidence of the results of a chemical analysis of his blood alcohol content. Specifically, he contends that the state failed to lay a foundation for that evidence as required by ORS 813.160(1)(a).
