This appeal is brought from a circuit court order that canceled a $150,000 promissory note and mortgage executed by appellees Al and Patricia Hopkins in favor of appellant Nationsbanc, and further awarded damages, prejudgment interest, and attorney fees to Al and Patricia Hopkins resulting from Nationsbanc's failure to satisfy several of the couple's prior mortgages.
