OPINION BY Senior Judge FLAHERTY.

Curtis Williams (Petitioner) petitions for review from a determination of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) which denied Petitioner's request for administrative relief and recommitted him as a convicted parole violator to serve six months backtime, establishing his parole violation maximum date at February 13, 2004. We vacate the order of the Board and remand.
