After falling in a supermarket aisle, Kimberly Davis filed this personal injury suit against Bruno's Supermarket, Inc. d/b/a Foodmax. The trial court granted the store's motion for summary judgment, finding that no jury issue existed as to whether the store had constructive knowledge of a hazard because the store had inspected the area shortly before Davis' fall.
