Tareco Properties, Inc., brought this collection action against Steve Morriss seeking to enforce a 1993 judgment against Morriss for almost two million dollars. The 1993 judgment was entered in a Texas federal court. Tareco Properties filed the present action in the Middle District of Tennessee, where Morriss resides.
