OPINION

DON BURGESS, Justice.

Maxie Parkerson filed suit for judicial review of a final decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission ("Commission"). Parkerson complains of the Commission's determination that he "knew or should have known that his employment with [BISD] might have caused him to sustain a work related injury on January 1, 1993." The Commission found the date of injury to be January 1, 1993....
