OPINION

SAM NUCHIA, Justice.

Appellant, Fernando DeLeon Diaz, was indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child. The complainant was his daughter, J.D. Appellant was also indicted for two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child in which the complainant was his son, V.D. A jury found appellant guilty and sentenced him to 75 years' confinement for each of the aggravated sexual assault charges and 20 years' confinement...
