This case is before us on remand from the Louisiana Supreme Court to reconsider the appeal by the plaintiff, Patrick Spezio, in light of its opinion in Burguieres v. Pollingue, 2002-1385 (La.2/25/03), 843 So.2d 1049. For the reasons that follow, we again affirm the trial court's decision dismissing Patrick Spezio's present suit based on res judicata...
