Appellant, Roshan Karasan Bhakta, was charged by information with driving while intoxicated (DWI). He filed a motion to suppress the results of his breath test. Following a hearing, the court denied his motion to suppress, and appellant plead guilty to DWI, receiving a sentence of three days in jail and a fine of $500.
