MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILLIAMS, District Judge.

William S. Jenkins ("Plaintiff) filed a two-count complaint in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County against PBG, Inc. ("PBG") and his union, Local No. 67, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, and Warehouseman ("Local 67"), alleging state law claims of intentional and negligent misrepresentation. PBG filed a notice of removal to this Court based upon federal question grounds.
