Appellants William Vereen, John Vereen, and James Vereen, the devisees of Mary Louise Wright, deceased, have appealed from the Arkansas County Circuit Court's refusal to terminate a lease whereby appellees Mark Hargrove and Joyce Hargrove leased Mrs. Wright's farm land. Appellees have filed a cross-appeal from the circuit judge's refusal to award them attorney's fees.

On January 14, 1998, Mrs. Wright agreed to lease farm land to appellees...
