In these consolidated appeals,1 McCarthy Brothers Company (McCarthy) appeals a jury verdict in favor of Tilbury Construction, Inc. (Tilbury), and an award of attorney's fees to both Tilbury and Nobel Insurance Company (Nobel). Nobel cross-appealed.
