MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

VANDERVORT, United States Magistrate Judge.

Under consideration is the request of the Bureau of Prisons for authorization to force medicate Defendant in view of the United States Supreme Court's recent decision in Sell v. United States, ___ U.S. ___, 123 S.Ct. 2174, 156 L.Ed.2d 197 (2003). The request is hereby DENIED. It clearly appears that grounds may exist for administering antipsychotic medication
