McKesson's claims arise out of David and Ruth Bowman (collectively the Bowmans) leaving McKesson's employ as sales representatives and joining Micro Bio-Medics, Inc., d/b/a/ Caligor Great Lakes (Caligor), one of McKesson's competitors in the field...
