This appeal arises from an action for workers' compensation that was denied. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

In July of 1999, Raymond G. Flick, a pest control technician, was working in the course and scope of his employment with Fischer Environmental Services, Inc.
