INTRODUCTION

Defendant was convicted by a jury of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1344 and 2, and for making a false statement to the Small Business Administration in violation of 15 U.S.C. §§ 645(a) and 2. He appeals claiming the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction, the district court erred in admitting certain evidence, and the district court erred in sentencing him.
