Daniel Castaneda, Jr. appeals his conviction for burglary of a habitation, enhanced by two prior felony convictions. Appellant pleaded not guilty, was tried before a jury, and was found guilty. Appellant entered pleas of true to both enhancement paragraphs, the court found both paragraphs true, and it assessed punishment at confinement for thirty years.
