Opinion by Chief Justice MORRISS.

When Walter Gerald Anderson drew the chrome, automatic pistol and ordered taxi cab driver, Darin Barnett, to drive Anderson and his two companions to Utah, Barnett later said the sight of the gun, "Scared me stiff."
