CAVANAUGH, J.

¶ 1 James Willard Thornton ("Thornton"), appeals from the judgment of sentence entered January 10, 2002, for an aggregate term of twenty-four to sixty months' imprisonment with credit for time served and a recommendation for boot camp. The judge, after a non-jury trial, found Thornton guilty of possession of a controlled substance, namely crack cocaine, and carrying a firearm without a license and not guilty...
