("AGP"), appeals the judgment of the circuit court affirming the decision of the Missouri Public Service Commission ("PSC" or "Commission") approving the merger of UtiliCorp United, Inc. ("UtiliCorp," now renamed Aquila, Inc.) and St. Joseph Light & Power Company ("SJLP").1 Reversed and remanded.
