¶ 1. Tony Darel Hawthorne (Hawthorne) was indicted in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, for the murder of Aaron J. Seldon (Seldon). After a jury trial the jury returned a guilty verdict, and the trial court sentenced Hawthorne to life imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
