Defendant-Appellant Crawford Building Material Company ("Crawford") appeals the final judgment entered by the District Court for the Eastern District of Texas ordering Crawford to pay Plaintiff-Appellee Juan Hernandez $20,000 in compensatory damages and $55,000 in punitive damages as a result of Hernandez's claim that Crawford initiated a retaliatory employment action in violation of Title VII.
