While conducting a January 9, 2001 search, parole officers discovered an automatic rifle in the possession of Defendant-Appellant Steven G. Loney. At the time of this discovery, Defendant was on parole stemming from a 1997 felony conviction in Ohio for carrying a concealed weapon.
