¶ 1 In 1996, Jason Aune (Aune) pled guilty in the Twenty-Second Judicial District Court to two counts of felony sexual assault and one count of criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Aune was sentenced to two twenty-year terms at the Montana State Prison (MSP) and a six month jail term, with all time suspended.
