A debtor brought suit in state court for breach of contract, fraudulent inducement, tortious interference, and civil conspiracy against the purchaser of the debtor's bankruptcy estate's assets. The purchaser removed the lawsuit to federal court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1452 (1994), and the district court referred the case to bankruptcy court.
