Following the district court's denial of his motion to suppress, appellant Andrew Ramirez pleaded guilty to felony possession of marihuana. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.121(b)(3) (West Supp.2003). The district court sentenced appellant to six months in a state-jail facility.
